Shane Pruitt serves as the National Next Gen Director for the North American Mission Board. He and his wife Kasi reside in Texas with their five children. He has been in ministry for over 20 years as a church planter, lead pastor, and student pastor. Shane is also a traveling communicator, evangelist, and Bible teacher. Every year, he speaks to more than 100,000 people about the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the author of two books, 9 Common Lies Christians Believe: Why God’s Truth is Infinitely Better and Calling Out the Called: Discipling Those Called to Ministry Leadership, and a Bible study, Revival Generation: Awakening to a Movement of God. He is also one of the hosts of The GenSend Podcast.

Jared Gregory
Jared Gregory is the College Pastor of Overflow, the College Ministry of First Baptist Church in Denton, Texas. He, his wife Julie, and their three kids reside in Sanger. As a transplant from Tennessee, he is disappointed by how frequently he is asked about the wrong UT.
Wes Smith
Wes Smith is the college pastor at the Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. He is married to Molly, and they have three amazing kids! He loves hanging with his family, rooting for UGA football, and playing golf.

Keith Wieser
Keith Wieser is the President of the Resonate Collective, a network of churches focused on and around universities. Resonate started in 2007 at Washington State University and has multiplied to 16 churches across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, California, Colorado, and Utah. Keith primarily focuses on developing strategies to reach, equip, and send the next generation from the university setting. Keith also works for the North American Mission Board as the Director for Send Network Northwest, catalyzing church planting in Oregon and Washington. Keith and his wife Paige and their three kids live in Pullman, Washington.
Troy Nesbitt
Troy Nesbitt has a deep commitment to college students and has given his life to reaching, training, and sending students into ministry. He founded the Salt Company in 1987 at Iowa State University, established Cornerstone Church of Ames in 1994, and currently serves as the President of The Salt Network. This network of churches is dedicated to planting a Salt Company and a church in every major university city. Troy and his wife Pam have been married for 39 years. They are parents to seven children and grandparents to fourteen grandchildren.

Ryan Scantling has started and led both church-based and campus-based collegiate ministries throughout Arkansas for over a decade. Most recently, he has led the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at the University of Arkansas.
Gary Stidham
Gary Stidham cares deeply about helping next-generation Christians grow in faith and impact the world for Jesus. He is the Director of Training for Texas Baptist Student Ministry and Adjunct Professor of Collegiate Ministry at Southwestern Seminary. For 21 years, Gary served as Director of BSM at The University of Texas at Arlington. At UTA, his team developed an effective disciple-making movement, seeing hundreds of young adults come to Christ in a challenging, diverse metro context with graduates leading ministries and starting churches across Dallas-Fort Worth and around the world. He’s married to Teresa, a fellow collegiate minister, and they have two college-aged sons.
